Privacy Policy
Relationship Bro LLC ("we", "us") operates relationshipbro.com, go.relationshipbro.com, and rb-funnel.vercel.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Application answers -- your answers to the 11 application questions, including your relationship stage, time since the breakup, what is on the line, money and timing answers, and free-text fields where you tell Allen what is going on.
- Account info -- first name, email address, and phone number entered at the end of the application or at checkout.
- Payment info -- billing name, billing ZIP, country, and a token representing your card. Your full card number is never sent to or stored by us; it is tokenized by Stripe directly.
- Communications -- emails or messages you send us, replies in the community, and pre-call form answers (the deeper questionnaire you fill out before your Roadmap Call).
Information collected automatically:
- Page-view + behavioral data -- pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, click events, the URL parameters you arrived with (UTM source, ad campaign), and your browser fingerprint as collected by the Meta Pixel and our internal analytics.
- IP address & user agent -- captured at request time for security and fraud detection.
- Cookies -- a session cookie (rb_customer) that lets one-click upsells charge the same card you used at the cart, plus the Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) for ad attribution. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking beyond the Meta Pixel.
2. Why we collect it
- To review your application and decide which next step fits you best (a free Roadmap Call, a $47 plan, the community, or a small starter offer).
- To deliver the products you bought (sending the digital deliverables, scheduling Roadmap Calls, granting community access).
- To send follow-up emails matched to the path you were routed to after the application, so the emails are useful instead of generic.
- To send marketing communications related to the products you bought or the application you submitted. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To send transactional and marketing SMS (application follow-up, time-sensitive playbook texts, order receipts, and call reminders) -- only if you provided your phone number on the application or at checkout and opted in. Msg frequency varies (up to about 8 a month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- To measure ad performance via Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, so we know which ads are bringing in real buyers vs. tire-kickers.
- To prevent fraud and protect the Site (e.g., detecting card-testing or chargeback fraud).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, responding to lawful requests).
3. Who we share it with
We share specific data with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the Site and the products:
- Stripe -- payment processing. Receives card and billing data directly from your browser.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) -- ad tracking via Pixel + Conversions API. Receives event names (e.g., "Purchase"), event timestamps, hashed identifiers (email, phone) used for attribution, and product values. We use SHA-256 one-way hashing on PII before sending it server-side, per Meta's standard.
- GoHighLevel -- our CRM. Stores your contact record, tags reflecting which application path you were routed to, and a record of opportunities (where you sit in our pipeline).
- Jotform -- if you are routed to a Roadmap Call, the deeper pre-call questionnaire is hosted on Jotform and the answers are stored there until Allen reads them.
- Skool -- if you join the community, your name and email are shared with Skool to create your account.
- Vercel -- our hosting provider, which stores logs and analytics about the Site.
- Email + SMS providers -- the email and SMS sender systems we use to send your follow-up emails and call reminders.
- Calendar booking -- if you book a Roadmap Call, our calendar tool (currently within GoHighLevel) records the time of the call and your stated topic.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with data brokers. We do not allow our service providers to use your data for any purpose beyond operating our service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact records, purchase records, and conversation history for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after your last interaction, after which we delete or anonymize. Tax-relevant payment records are kept for the duration required by law (typically 7 years in the US). You can request earlier deletion (see Your Rights below).
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email allen@relationshipbro.com to:
- Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (we'll honor this within 30 days unless we're required to keep specific records by law).
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Opt out of Meta Pixel + Conversions API tracking (use your browser's ad-tracking opt-out, or email us and we'll exclude you from CAPI events going forward).
If you live in California: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you also have the right to know what personal information we have, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "share" of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you live in the EU/UK: Under the GDPR, you have the rights described above plus the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is performance of contract (when you've bought a product) or legitimate interest (when we're running ads / measuring funnel performance).
6. Cookies & tracking
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Site:
- rb_customer (httpOnly, 1 hour expiry): keeps you logged into the upsell flow so a one-click charge can complete.
- _fbp (Meta Pixel, 90 days): allows us to attribute conversions to the ad that brought you in.
- __stripe_mid / __stripe_sid (Stripe, session): fraud-detection cookies set by Stripe when their checkout JS loads.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies for retargeting beyond the Meta Pixel described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the consequence is that one-click upsells will require re-entering your card and ad attribution will be less accurate.
7. Children
Our products are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, tokenize payment data via Stripe, encrypt secrets at rest in our hosting environment, and limit administrative access to a small number of authorized personnel. No system is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
