Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Relationship Bro LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to relationshipbro.com, go.relationshipbro.com, (collectively, the "Site"). By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Relationship Bro LLC is a Texas limited liability company with a registered office at 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #25186, Houston, TX 77064. Allen Butts is the principal coach and brand voice of The Relationship Bro. Coaching, content, courses, and community access are sold and delivered by Relationship Bro LLC.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products (PDFs, video courses, written guides, and assessments), private 1:1 coaching calls (Roadmap Calls), group programs (the Mastermind), and access to a private community on Skool (Relationship Bros). Specific deliverables, prices, and access timelines are described on the page where you bought the product. You agree to those product-specific terms in addition to these Terms when you purchase.

3. Coaching, not therapy or legal advice

What we do is coaching, not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Our products and coaching are educational and motivational in nature. Allen Butts is not a licensed therapist, attorney, marriage counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe mental-health symptoms, suicidal ideation, or are considering self-harm or harm to others, contact a qualified mental-health professional or call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately. Do not rely on our content as a substitute for professional care. By using our products, you accept that your decisions, communications, and outcomes in your relationships are entirely your own responsibility.

4. Refund policy

We offer a layered guarantee on the $47 Ex Back Game Plan and the $497 Premium Comeback Bundle:

• 72-hour calmer protocol. If, after running the plan for 72 hours, you do not feel noticeably calmer and have not stopped 90% of panic moves, email allen@relationshipbro.com for a full refund. Keep the materials.
• 14-day refund window. Beyond the 72-hour protocol, you may request a full refund of the digital product within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Roadmap Call. The $297 Roadmap Call (and the call included in Premium) is refundable up until you submit the pre-call form. Once the pre-call form is submitted or the call is attended, the call is non-refundable. The digital pieces of Premium remain refundable under the 14-day window above.
• Community / annual subscription. Community membership ($703 Premium-path or $1,200 standalone) is sold as a 12-month commitment. You may cancel before the next annual renewal but the current 12-month term is non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
• Mastermind ($5,000). Sold separately on the Roadmap Call. Refund and cancellation terms are stated in the Mastermind agreement signed at purchase.

To request a refund, email allen@relationshipbro.com with your order email and the product name. We process refunds back to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize Relationship Bro LLC to charge the card you provided for the product or product chain you selected. For one-click upsells (e.g. adding Premium after the $47 Game Plan), we charge the same card on file via Stripe's saved-card functionality, with the amount and product clearly indicated on the page before you click. We do not charge recurring subscriptions on the cart pathway except for the explicitly-described 12-month community renewal.

6. Digital product delivery

Digital products (PDFs, courses, masterclasses, conversation starters, assessments) are delivered electronically to the email you provide at checkout, typically within 5 minutes. If you do not receive your delivery email within 30 minutes, check spam, then contact us. You will also receive ongoing email communications related to your product (the 14-day plan walkthrough, the nurture sequence, etc.) which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in the footer of those emails.

7. Intellectual property

All content, products, courses, frameworks, written materials, video recordings, audio files, branded names (including "The Relationship Bro," "The Comeback Code," "Premium Roadmap Bundle," "Comeback Type Field Guide," "14-Day Plan," and similar marks) are owned by Relationship Bro LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, post publicly, or use the content to train any AI model. You may not record or share Roadmap Calls without our prior written consent.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to circumvent the Site's technical protections; (b) impersonate another person; (c) harass, threaten, or harm other community members or staff; (d) use the products or community for any unlawful purpose; (e) share access to your purchased products with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, with no refund for time already used.

9. Disclaimers

No outcome guarantees. Every relationship is unique. The case studies, testimonials, and outcome stories shared on this Site reflect the experiences of specific past clients and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Outcomes depend on your specific situation, your effort, your former or current partner's choices, and many factors outside our control. The Site, products, and coaching are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Relationship Bro LLC, its officers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relationship Bro LLC and its representatives from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site or products in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; (c) any content you submit to the community.

12. Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with arbitration held in Harris County, Texas, or by remote means at the arbitrator's discretion. You and Relationship Bro LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. If any portion of this arbitration provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
